About us
From underground roots to global unity
An underground electronic music movement born in the Czech Republic, rooted in acid and rave culture.
Manifesto
Community over hype. Music over spectacle.
Built on freedom, raw energy and connection on the dance floor, Free Connection lives through festivals, camps and warm ups.
Free Connection Festival isn't just a party: it's a family. You won't find anyone on the lineup who isn't a personal friend of ours.
After eight editions on three continents —Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Portugal, Canada and Colombia—, the Colombian Caribbean became home.
What drives us
Values
Freedom
Free means dancing without judgement or borders: it's the spirit of free party culture.
Connection
Europe and Latin America, the city and the beach, artists and audience.
Family
You fill the dance floor: you're at the heart of this project.
Accessible
Prices as accessible as possible so nobody is left out.
Purpose
We dance for something bigger: benefit parties when the community needs it.
Who's behind it
Acid Techno Family
The collective that presents the festival, runs club nights in Bogotá and connects Czech artists with the Colombian scene. Founded by Jan Burianek, Quest ATF.
